Indulge in a three-course culinary experience, including Piper Heidsieck Champagne on arrival. Our talented chefs have crafted a menu featuring chorizo croquettes, olives, cured meat, barramundi with tobiko caviar butter sauce, scotch fillet steak with potato fondant with charred broccolini and asparagus on the side. Finish the night on the sweeter side with a delicious dessert.
